Shopping Problems
Some of our customers have been having some problems navigating and purchasing on the site, after evaluating the site ourselves we can see where there would be some confusion and hopefully over the next few weeks we will iron out these issues and simplify it some what.

SHOPPING
In the mean time a few simple steps may make life a little easier.
When you wish to purchase an item, put in the quantity you desire and click add, this automatically adds these items to your shopping basket and saves them there. If you wish to add more items just go back into the shop using the top menu and have a browse, everytime you add an item it will save it in your basket ontil you either delete them or quit out of the site.

PAYING
When you are finished your shopping, click on the Shopping Cart icon  in the top menu, this will give you the total in your basket, if the quantities are not what you want, change the total and click modify. This will recalculate the total amount.
When you are done click ORDER. In the next window you will be asked to Select Region for the purpose of postage, select your region and click SUBMIT. Next we need to put in the delivery address for the items, fill this in and only fill in the shipping address if it is different from the billing address. When all are filled in correctly click PURCHASE.
This will bring you to the Paypal, the Secure Online Payment System. You can choose your currency and Credit card type here or if you have changed your mind you still have the option to cancel. Click on one of the payment options and enter your Credit Card details, your billing information should be saved here but if it is a different address on the card a new address may have to be entered. Finally click MAKE PAYMENT and you are done, you will recieve a receipt from us and Paypal for your purchase, we will also recieve the same information so we can process your order immediately.
