Returns Policy
At The Celtic Card Team we want you to be delighted every time you shop with us. Occasionally though, we know you may want to return items, so below is our returns policy.

We accept the return of all items only if they are unopened and in their original condition. If you return goods, as detailed, within 30 days, we will issue a full refund for the price you have paid for the item.

Defective items:
You can always return items if they are defective. Please note: we only accept returns of items that have been opened if they are defective. Please see To return an item below for details of how to return defective items to us.

Delivery charges, giftwrapping and other services:
If you are returning an item because of an error on our part or because it is defective, we will be happy to refund the delivery charges incurred in sending the item to you and your costs in returning it to us. Otherwise you will be responsible for those charges and the costs of any other services provided to you in connection with your purchase, for example giftwrapping.

To return an item:
To return an item, please enclose a note giving the reason for the return, wrap the package securely and send the package to the address below. In the case of a defective product, please provide a full description of the fault and return the defective item in its original box (if any). Then send the package to the address below:

How does The Celtic Card Team protect my credit card information?
The Celtic Card Team uses the latest technology to protect your credit card information and does not release it to any outside organisation. You can place your orders using SSL encryption (Secure Sockets Layer). Our Internet commerce system automatically switches to secure mode before you enter your Credit Card details, and your Credit Card Information is protected with SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) encryption technology. SSL is the current standard for Internet commerce. You can tell when you are protected by encryption by right clicking on the page, selecting properties and clicking on certificates to see the security information.

The Celtic Card Team uses Real Time Credit Card Processing technology to process your credit card payments thereby further ensuring the security of your credit card details. The Celtic Card Team uses WorldPay’s processing facilities to complete the transaction. WorldPay are well respected internationally for the security of their systems - see www.worldpay.com.

How does The Celtic Card Team protect my privacy?
We will not rent or sell your name, address, email address, credit card information or personal information to any third party. However, we must co-operate fully should a situation arise where we are required by law or legal process to provide information about a customer. If you have registered with, purchased from our store or subscribed to one of our newsletters, we may occasionally update you via email of special opportunities. We may also contact you if you have entered one of our competitions. If you choose not to receive updates when you enter a competition, it will not affect your chances of winning. We may share non-personal, non-individual statistical or demographic information in aggregate form with our marketing partners, advertisers or other third-parties for research purposes. In other words, we will not tell our marketing partners that you purchased a specific product, but we, may tell them how many customers purchased that product. Our Policy is intended to provide you with the safest and most secure shopping experience possible. Since offerings and technologies change, we reserve the right to change, modify, add or remove portions of our Privacy Policy at any time without prior notice. If policy changes are substantial, we will notify our customers via email. Please periodically review our Privacy Policy for changes. Shipping Options And Delivery Times
What shipping options are available?
Shipping options vary depending on the type and quantity of merchandise you choose to buy and your shipping address. Shipping Options and Costs are displayed in the checkout stage before you buy. We will continuously review our Shipping Options to bring you the best service possible. Currently, our preferred carriers are An Post, Parceline and Fedex.

Delivery Times
Delivery times depend on availability of items.

Ireland
An Post are the Celtic Card Team’s preferred carriers for delivery within Ireland. Please allow seven days for delivery.

United Kingdom
An Post (items less than 2kg) and Parceline (over 2kg) are the Celtic Card Team’s preferred carriers for delivery to the United Kingdom. Please allow ten days for delivery.

European Union
This service includes Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Portugal, Spain and Sweden. Our preferred carrier for the European Union is An Post. Please allow two weeks for delivery.

US and Canada
An Post Priority and FedEx are the Celtic Card Team’s preferred carriers for the US and Canada. Please allow two weeks for delivery.

Rest of the World
An Post Priority is the Celtic Card Team’s preferred carriers for the rest of the world. Please allow three weeks for delivery.
