Simeon Walker has been painting and drawing for as long as he can remember. As with most children, his drawings of trees, cars and houses were frequently shown to his parents and with words of encouragement put on the fridge door. But the fascination continued, and through his teenage years and early twenties he developed his own unique style which drew upon his love of the fantastic and the mysterious. A love of Celtic art dominated his early work and continues to play a part.

His Scottish, Welsh and English ancestry, along with two trips to continental Europe, Britain and Ireland, have allowed him to research and develop his unique style, which seeks to combine the old with the contemporary. This work led to his long standing involvement with The Celtic Card Team in Ireland.
